"Scientific Miracles" Event

The College of Science Club, in partnership with the College of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion Club and in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs (Student Activities Unit), organized a specialized educational program. The program aimed to enhance students' understanding of the aspects of scientific miracles found in the Quran and Sunnah and was attended by over 60 students.

The event opened with a presentation by Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Jaber Al-Qahtani, Professor of Exegesis (Tafsir) and Quranic Sciences, who explained the concept of scientific miracles in the Quran and Sunnah and established the foundational principles regarding this topic. This was followed by an engaging lecture on the scientific aspects of these miracles—including the scientific wonders found in the world of bees—delivered by Prof. Dr. Atallah Faraj Al-Qatt, a professor in the Department of Biology at the College of Science. The lecture featured student interaction through an exciting competition. The event drew a large turnout of more than sixty students; at the conclusion, prizes were awarded to the competition winners, and commemorative photos were taken.
