Academic Schedules Committee

Coordinate and organize study schedules, semester and final exams, and adopt clear procedures to ensure that the educational process and final exams proceed efficiently and effectively.

• Coordinating the study schedules for all departments in the college and the subjects of the college’s tracks in cooperation with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration
• Coordinating the semester exams for all departments in the college and the subjects of the college’s tracks
• Determining the optimal capacity for the courses of the departments and the subjects of the college’s tracks in proportion to the capacity of the halls and laboratories and the number of faculty members
• Coordinating the final exam schedule for all departments in the college and the subjects of the tracks in cooperation with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration
• Adopting clear procedures for coordinating the study schedules in the departments and the subjects of the tracks
• Taking the necessary measures to ensure the smooth running of the final exams
