Contributing to the development of the scholarship path by proposing the annual plan, following up on applications, creating a database for scholarship recipients, and coordinating their academic affairs in cooperation with departments and the scholarship administration.

Objectives:

Proposing the annual plan for sending college staff members, including teaching assistants and lecturers, in coordination with the college departments and following up on it.
Receiving new scholarship applications referred from the college departments to be presented to the college council.
Receiving post-scholarship applications referred from the scholarship administration to be referred to the college departments to be presented to the department councils.
Creating a database for college scholarship students in coordination with the scholarship administration.
Following up on the conditions of college scholarship students abroad and at home, as well as those attached to attachment programs in coordination with the college departments, the scholarship administration, and the Deanship of Graduate Studies.
Supervising and following up on the reports of scholarship committees in the college departments.
Completing everything related to the strategic plan related to scholarship affairs in the college.
Considering recruitment topics regarding appointment to the positions of teaching assistants and lecturers and making recommendations for the needs of the departments
Preparing reports on teaching assistants and lecturers in the college.
