Objectives:
- Updating the college's strategic plan and submitting it to the Dean of the College.
- Preparing the executive plan and time frame for implementing the college's strategic plan
- Updating and comprehensively analyzing the internal and external environment of the college, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Submitting recommendations to the Dean of the College regarding updates facing the educational, research and service process in the college.
- Proposing and developing the college's strategic plan and operational plan and linking it to the university's strategic plan.
- Following up on everything issued by the university administration regarding the university's strategic plan and what is issued by the Strategic Planning Department and disseminating it to the various departments of the college.
- Working to spread the culture of strategic planning among the college's departments and its members.
