Committee Duties:
- Listing materials, devices and equipment in various laboratories and laboratories and their needs for materials and organizing the process of placing them in the right place and maintaining them periodically.
- Updating the inventory database for laboratories through the barcode assigned to them.
- Ensuring the availability of maintenance plans (periodic and preventive) for laboratories and scientific devices.
- Circulating general maintenance forms (electricity - carpentry - drainage - etc.) for laboratories and classrooms.
- Following up on maintenance requests required inside laboratories and classrooms.
- Following up on faculty members' requests for equipping laboratories or halls, and following up on the implementation of these requests.
- Ensuring the provision of safety procedures in laboratories and classrooms and organizing them before the start of study in each semester.
- Communicating with the main safety committee in the college regarding coordination and training courses for members and students.
- Putting emergency phone numbers - Preparing educational publications to raise awareness of safety procedures for students for various risks.
- Following up on the preservation and destruction of biological, chemical and radioactive waste in the department.
