Committee Duties:
  • Coordinating the work of all employees in the field of educational services to ensure their optimal implementation.
  • Coordinating between faculty members in the department to determine the technical specifications of educational and research devices, supplies and educational tools, and adopting appropriate standards for the most suitable supplier.
  • Studying purchase requests received from faculty members in the department, and providing appropriate recommendations to the authorized person.
  • Coordinating between the needs of faculty members in the department, for devices, supplies and tools, and stating their number or quantity, and quality.
  • Evaluating the services provided in educational and research laboratories, and measuring their suitability to the requirements of the study plans.
  • Managing educational risks, and working on developing a strategic plan at the department level to address all potential risks in the educational process.
  • Ensuring the continuity of safety requirements in all department laboratories.
  • Ensuring that all laboratory procedures are written in unified forms at the department level.
