Committee Duties
  • Develop a general structure for the human resources required for the department, including the number of faculty members, specifying academic ranks and specializations, and the number of lecturers, teaching assistants, technicians, and administrators.
  • Develop a job description for all department members (qualifications and tasks).
  • Follow up on securing the department's human resources needs.
  • Develop and follow up on proposals for training faculty members.
  • Develop a plan to appoint Saudi teaching assistants and lecturers.
  • Follow up on the appointments and secondments of Saudi teaching assistants and lecturers until their return.
  • Attract competencies according to the department's needs from graduates of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program.
  • Follow up on the department's needs for contractors and recommend appointments.
