Committee Duties
  • Coordinating work between all workers in the field of study plans and curricula.
  • Coordinating work between all workers in the field of quality to ensure their optimal implementation and continuity.
  • Defining the vision, missions and objectives of the programs in the department.
  • Establishing specific mechanisms to ensure the implementation of study plans and curricula and achieving the required objectives.
  • Achieving all educational quality requirements for all programs.
  • Reviewing and evaluating the program outputs in the department, after every two academic years, and according to the requirements and needs of the labor market.
  • Proposing internal, external and international arbitrators for developed and new programs.
  • Disseminating the culture of quality, introducing it, and enhancing individual, collective and organizational behavior to practice it continuously.
  • Identifying the requirements for institutional and academic program accreditation, and defining the requirements of faculty members and those in their position and all workers
  • in the department, and students, in order to work according to them and ensure their implementation.
  • Implementing everything necessary to achieve the quality of the educational, research, service and community process in the department.
  • Measuring performance indicators.
  • Preparing an executive plan to accredit all academic programs in the department.
  • Evaluating all quality processes in the department.
