Each activity in which the student participates is officially recorded in the student's profile with a verified certificate issued through the system. The service enables students to build an officially recognized CV.

The Student Excuse System is an electronic system designed for King Khalid University students, enabling them to submit their excuses to the College easily and conveniently. Through this system, students can submit excuse requests online without the need to attend in person. The system also provides an effective follow-up mechanism for the Vice Dean and the committee responsible for reviewing requests and taking the necessary actions. The system aims to enhance transparency and efficiency in managing student excuses between students and the College.

Mubasher System is a channel for submitting and tracking requests and inquiries, while Liqaa System enables beneficiaries to book appointments with specialists. Both systems are used by beneficiaries from within and outside the University. In its proactive model, the system monitors the request processing time. If the specified processing period is exceeded without the request being closed, the system escalates the request, schedules a Liqaa appointment with the specialist, and notifies the beneficiary without requiring any action from them.
