Dr. Halima Al-Saeedi… Scientific Excellence and Impactful Leadership
Dr. Halima Ibrahim Al-Saeedi’s career combines scientific excellence, academic leadership, and community service. An Associate Professor of Experimental Solid-State Physics at King Khalid University, she earned her PhD from King Abdulaziz University in 1434 AH and held several leadership positions, including Dean of the College of Science for Women and Chair of the Physics Department. She has published more than 40 research papers and contributed to capacity building through training in personal development, creative thinking, and academic advising, alongside her involvement in community associations. Her achievements were recognized with the E-Learning Excellence Award in the “Produce” category in 1439 AH and third place in King Khalid University’s Excellence Award for Scientific Research in the scientific disciplines in 1443 AH.
