Educational Services Unit

• Coordination between departments to determine the technical specifications for educational and research equipment, supplies and methods.

• Coordinating the departments’ needs for equipment, supplies, and means, indicating their number and type, and organizing the volume of demand for them

• Evaluating the services provided in educational and research laboratories and measuring their suitability to the requirements of the departments’ study plans

• Follow up on device maintenance periodically

• Managing educational risks and working to develop a strategic plan at the college level to confront all potential dangers in the educational process

• Ensure the presence of safety requirements in all laboratories and laboratories and ensure that safety means are constantly in place

• Working to create unified forms at the college level for the receipt and delivery of equipment and supplies

• Inventorying and creating a database for the number of laboratories and their locations, and also coding them in proportion to their locations and their affiliation to the departments.

• Study everything that is referred by the college dean to the unit and submit appropriate proposals
