The program is an initiative that seeks to achieve the vision and mission of the College of Science, which serves the university's vision and mission, the Kingdom's 2030 vision and the national transformation program that emphasizes the importance of supporting education to contribute to advancing development and the national economy.
The program is a six-week intensive training in a country outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the summer period of the academic year 1441 AH. The program contains 162 to 216 training hours at an average of 27 hours per week for each male and female student - the program includes extensive training in the English language and programs in entrepreneurship, self-development, and academic training related to students.
1- The student exceeded a total of 62 hours at least by the end of the first semester of the year 1441 AH.
2- Students of the fourth and even seventh level students are allowed to apply for the program.
3- That the male / female student not be registered for the summer semester of this year.
4- Written approval of the student’s guardian.
5- That the male or female student has not participated in the training program before.
1- 60% of the cumulative average by the end of the first semester of the academic year 1440/1441 AH
2- 30% of the STEP language test score provided by the National Center for Measurement. Students are encouraged to quickly register for STEP through the website
3- 10% pass the personal interview.

According to the instruction of His Excellency the Minister of Education (No. 38732851 issued on 16–05–1438 AH), the instruction of Excellency King Khalid University President (No. 4173 issued on 23–05–1438 AH) emphasizes on the necessity to use the official electronic mail of the university, which ends with (@kku.edu.sa), by all King Khalid University employees in all work communications, inside or outside the university transactions, instead of using personal electronic mail accounts at Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and other electronic mails.

The Deanship of Admission and Registration at King Khalid University (KKU), has announced the external transfer period for the second semester of the academic year 1437–1438 AH, which will start on Tuesday 26–04–1438 AH, and will last until Monday 02–05–1438 AH.
External Transfer Request Form must be submitted through the website of Deanship of Admission and Registration (Academia)
The Request Form must be filled online, and the student is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data
Attach the following documents in (PDF) format:
A certified Transfer Form by the Deanship of Admission and Registration in the university that the student is currently enrolled in
Full student’s Academic Record (one original copy and two certified copies)
A copy of the high school certificate
A copy of the National Identity Card.
The student should follow-up the status of the Request Form through the same website

The student must be a Saudi, or from a Saudi mother
The preparation year (if there is one) must be completed and the specialization must be chosen
All requests will be treated according to the capacity of the department, and preference among students will be according to their Grade Point Average (GPA)
The student GPA must be for more than two semesters and less than four semesters
The total commitment to the deadline and the place of the transfer
The student must pass any test (if there is any) that the college or the department may require
The Graduation year from the high school should not exceed five years.
Only the regular study period will be counted for the student
The previous courses before the external transfer request will not be included in the new student’s GPA.
Any wrong information that is given by the student will null the Transfer Request Form and void the future transfer requests.
